Dream Merit Scholarship Exams
We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all aspects of the Dream Merit Scholarship Exams. Please read the following cancellation and refund policies carefully before registering.
1. Registration Fee
The Dream Merit Scholarship Exam may require a non-refundable registration fee (if applicable).
Participants are advised to review all eligibility criteria and exam details before completing the payment.
2. Cancellation by Participant
Once registered, cancellation requests from participants will not be entertained.
No refund will be issued in case the participant chooses not to appear for the exam or fails to attend due to personal reasons.
3. Cancellation by Organizers
In the rare event that the exam is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, technical failure, administrative reasons), participants will be informed via registered email and/or SMS.
In such cases, the organizers will:
Reschedule the exam, OR
Refund the full registration fee, if rescheduling is not possible.
4. Duplicate Payments
In case of any duplicate payments made by error, participants must notify us within 7 days of the transaction by emailing proof of payment.
After verification, the extra amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 7β14 working days.
5. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7β14 working days after approval.
6. No Refund in the Following Cases
Incorrect or incomplete registration details
Disqualification due to misconduct or violation of exam rules
No-show on the exam day
